Ballyniel, Esq., Wm. Walsh, Carnlen, both Co. Wexford.,
trustees and exors., all my freehold real and personal estate for
special uses. To my wife Mary Donovan £500, a gold watch,
furniture, etc, and yearly sum of £50 during continuance of lease
of Meagh and Ballycahire, Co. Wexford. To my daughter Mary
Donovan £500 when aged 21 years or on marriage, and
remainder of profits of said lands. To my grandchildren Mary
Dalton otherwise Thomas, Frances Breen otherwise Thomas,
Cons. Donovan, Donovan Edkins, Henry Webber Edkins, Richd.
