Flowers - Geranium
Geranium is a perennial. This flowered in May.
There is some confusion about the name Geranium. It is often used of a common garden plant, which should be called Pelargonium. These are tender, often scented, and are a completely different plant. "Proper" geraniums have species that grow in the wild in Britain, and they are definitely hardy! I have found that it can be a "spreader" so needs an eye kept on it.
