Vegetables - Melon

It is possible to grow melons outside in England, if it's a hot summer - I've done it in the past. A little hard to predict the necessary hot summer, though. And considering the problem I've had with slugs and courgettes.... We will see.

What we have just seen are temperatures above 35, maybe nudging 40. Blimey!
