Bedfordshire lace mat
There are cloth stich trails. There are flowers with tally petals, and half stitch areas, with tallies or raised tallies. Things are joined with plaits.
This piece is too big to fit in my scanner (which is how I am reproducing the lace) so I can only show part of it on the right. The entire piece is photographed below to show its shape.
