Machine lace edging

This is a good imitation of a Bucks Point bobbin lace edging. But various parts are made in a different way, which shows that this is machine lace.

Reasons why this is machine lace

Machine lace - footsides

The gimp here is impressive! But the net shows that it is machine net. There are actually three threads each side, not a pair.

The headside is also made of threads twisted together, rather than being a cloth trail and picots.

It's hard to see, but I think that the footside is non-standard as well.
