Maltese collar
This collar is made of cream silk, and has Maltese crosses in it, so it is likely to be Maltese lace.
There are flowers with petals made from tallies, and other clusters of tallies. There are twisted pairs connecting things. There are two pieces stitched together.
This was bought on eBay. It was described as "Antique ecru silk Maltese bobbin lace collar, early 20th century."
This collar is too big to fit in my scanner (which is how I am reproducing the lace) so I can only show part of it to the right. The entire collar is photographed below to show its shape.
