Please note that web links change. I will try to keep these up-to-date but cannot guarantee it. If you get a missing link, then try searching for the name using Google. It would be nice if you could tell me as well!
Some of these suppliers sell a wide range of equipment, others concentrate on one area, such as bobbins. I have given a rough indication as to what they appear to sell. Some sell online, others you contact to buy in other ways. Some may even have stopped trading! Their contact details are on their websites, so contact them to find out.
One point to note - some of the bobbin makers make splendid, but often quite expensive, bobbins. If you are a beginner lacemaker and wish to build up your stock of bobbins, check several of the suppliers who sell a range of equipment, for their cheapest bobbins. You can always buy the more attractive bobbins later, as a treat!
Also for beginners, be careful about 'lacemaker kits'. See how much a basic pillow and set of bobbins cost if bought individually, as they may be cheaper. Such kits also may require you to spangle your own bobbins.
