A picture has rotational symmetry if you can turn it and it looks the same. (It doesn't count if you turn it in a complete circle - everything looks the same then!)

The above symbols have been given British names, and it has been pointed out to me that Americans use different names. In Britain, 'pound' means the British unit of currency, and 'hash' is the symbol that Americans call 'pound'.
