The Clipboard Viewer is a program which allows you to see what's in the Clipboard. You can find it by clicking on "Start", "Programs" then "Accessories".

The Viewer can display both text and pictures, but not really much else. Sometimes, if you click on the "Display" menu, you will see a number of options for displaying, although sometimes they are greyed.

You can empty the clipboard by clicking on "Edit" then "Delete". You can also load things into the clipboard from a file, or save the contents of the clipboard to a file. The filetype must be .clp however.
