I have written a website about the Kings and Queens of England. In 1603, James VI of Scotland became James I of England. There are various well known bits of Scottish history after this point, such as the Old Pretender and Young Pretender, and before this, there is Robert the Bruce and Mary, Queen of Scots, but these are part of English history as much as Scottish history. I became interested in the other parts of Scottish history.
This is a history which is extremely limited in extent, dealing only with the kings (and occasional queen) of Scotland, and I have finished at James VI. I must confess that I have derived my information entirely from Wikipedia. I must also confess to being English (well - a quarter Scots!) But I have tried to be even-handed. Please email to point out errors, dispute my descriptions, or just to have a good argument!
