Description:

Follow the links above for explanation of how to work the different parts of the lace.

There are some grey lines joining different parts of the pattern, such as the zigzag and the scallop. The pairs need to be twisted between the pins. Sometimes this happens naturally as they leave the previous shape. But if not, give them an extra twist.

Pattern 24 had twisted zigzags, but they both get broken up, and look rather like 'Z's. So this pattern has tried to overcome this by making the 'zig' and 'zag' parts different sizes. I think it works, but it does mean quite a few Torchon stitches scattered round the place to fill holes!
