Another experiment - the idea is that the cloth stitch is the flower and the half stitch the leaves.

Description:
Follow the links above for explanation of how to work the different parts of the lace. This is started by running a gimp along the first line of stitches, to stop the top from curling over. You could use the same gimp that is in the footside (but I didn't think of it until after I'd started!)
