I saw this headside recently, and thought it was fun. It's a type of elongated scallop and easy to work, if you've done scallops before. By using a different colour for the headside workers, it shows the structure of the headside. But it uses a serious amount of thread! I used a metre of thread for the rest of the bobbins (nose to finger tip) and two metres of thread for the workers (finger tip to finger tip). There was lots of thread left for most of the bobbins, but I ran out for the workers! If you were using the same colour throughout, then you could overcome this problem by surreptiously swapping the workers at the pins.

This pattern has an extra pair in the triangle (there are 3 pairs starting insteaad of 2). I find that triangles are tricky, and sometimes you seem to end up with just the workers and no passive to work! It's better, on the whole, to have too many pairs in the triangle rather than too few.
