Cooking process
Measure out the butter and sugar and
. Then beat in the eggs, then the

Using a teaspoon, put spoonfuls of mix into the tin.
Put the tins in the oven. This needs to cook for about 10-15 minutes until brown on top and firm to touch.
Turn the cakes out from the tin and let them cool.
Other ideas
Queen cakes traditionally have raisins and candied peel in. I prefer them without!
