Description:
Follow the links above for explanation of how to work the different parts of the lace.
You need to start the coloured threads in the right place, as marked.
Each diamond is either solid, or a mixture. I've marked the passives where the colours differ. The main trick is to choose the correct coloured worker pair at the start of each diamond. You also need to be careful at the bottom of the diamond, to make sure that the pairs go in the right direction. You may not be able to be the final clock stitch after the pin.
It is also important that each coloured pair goes the right way in the ground. Where two colours cross over, do a Torchon ground stitch. Where they "bounce off" each other, do a double Torchon ground stitch. If they are the same colour, you can do either! But I suggest you do a torchon ground.
