Description:

Follow the links above for explanation of how to work the different parts of the lace. There are picots on left and right (when working) but not at the top, where there are just loops caused by hanging the pairs from pins. The passives for the headside are all started at the same place, at a pin in the top left hand corner. The passives for the right side are worked in cloth stitch across all other pairs at the start to the correct place on the right side.

At the end, the passives from one side are worked across all other pairs in a similar way to get to the other side, to make the bottom framing line.

This was made for my new great niece and her parents. It is an attempt at hearts in Bucks Point. The shape still works, although the small one is not as plain.
